After two events in Seoul, the PUBG Global Series is packing up and heading to Shanghai for Circuit 3. The event runs August 5–23 across three competition weeks.

- Grand Finals: August 19–23
This is the second half of the PGS annual cycle — Circuits 3, 4, and 5 are played in H2. Standings from every circuit roll into the global leaderboard that determines who qualifies for the season-ending championship event.
Why Shanghai
China is the largest PUBG market in Asia and one of the game's biggest player bases globally. Moving the event there expands the live audience significantly and gives Chinese teams a home crowd advantage — which historically produces some of the loudest venues in PUBG esports.
What's at Stake
Circuit points, prize money, and qualification seeding for the end-of-year event. Teams that struggle in Circuits 1 and 2 use Circuit 3 as a must-win situation — which tends to make the competition more aggressive and entertaining to watch.
